ask Ben at Bulletproof, I believe he's got it in stock and has pics.

It'll be hella loud, by the looks of it.

I am the lucky owner of that fine piece of Titanium from Ben's pics.

Surprisingly the exhaust, while being loud, is not nearly as bad as I would have expected. At idle you can barely even notice a difference.

Idle - little to no difference

1k-5k - this is where the headaches come in, going up or down through the rpms it is more than I would have hoped for.

5k-redline - gets much quiter and my AEM intake actually overtakes it in noise level by quite a bit.

While being loud @ over 1k if you stay consistantly at any small rpm range over 2.5k then the noise magically goes away with no further bother. I still have the stock radio and components (2001 model) and can hear it just fine (top up or down).

Pictures will not be available for a while due to my car being in the shop for a good amount of hail damage suffered a month or so ago. Good news is with hail damage the insurance company is footing the bill for a new hood. I had the Top Secret hood on the way already but now they can pay for it and the painting .

Thanx Konrad,

I am going to be the lucky second owner of the Top Secret Exhaust in the States. Thanx alot for you input, I am just waiting for mine to be shipped and installed, also wondering if you can feel the difference in hp gains or happened to have dynoed it yet?

My first impression of the exhaust, only by feel, was that it made the car slower. Not sure why that was because when looking at the tach/speedo, while pushing the S, it was climbing a good deal quicker. After a few days of driving I believe more of a difference can be felt in the lower rpm range. The car seems to be more eager to pull when out of VTEC, but as I said earlier the noise is not pleasant under these conditions. The extra response could be due to the reduced weight or by both power gains and weight reduction.

BTW, I live in a small TX town where the closest dyno is three hours away in Austin, so that will not happen for a while.

thanx for the info, i am planning on dyno testing it soon after i get it installed, i will post some pix up as well, the only other thing i have is the injen cold air intake which might help the dyno out a little bit. i am just afraid of how loud it is because as of now, I have a suspended license and don't really want to add more attention if you know what i mean. hehe

I'm under the impression that all these single exhausts for our car are incredibly loud. I've got an Apexi N1 (also the 2nd one in the US apparently) installed and the noise is not to be believed. The conditions under which it is the loudest mirror what Konrad posted above and once you get into VTEC range, the thing is screaming but you don't hear it in the car...really weird sensation.

Amuse, J's, Veilside all make singles and they're all reportedly LOUD! I see no reason to think that the Top Secret would be any different.
