You could install a final drive that would calculate to 200mph at redline. Now that doesn't mean it will go 200 mph now will it. sheesh

your answer to my questioning... your vehicle is newer thus your top speed is a lil lower until full break-in

final solution to original purpose of this post.. top speed in s2000 in 6th gear is between 150- 155 miles per hour

i did 152 / 8200 on my stock 02 and didnt feel any limiter , and still pullin

 

267kmh / 166 mph at 8500rpm on the Autobahn, not pulling any more

What's the speedo error at that point, over 10%?
