It's a Robbins top. I've installed one, and it's 90% of an OEM top.

The do supply all the hardware you need, but it doesn't fit at good around the windshield header and the bottom of the top behind your shoulder as good as an OEM top.

You do have to drill the top frame and add new elastic straps to the bows to make the bow clear the glass.

Vic and his wife at Topsonline are great...really good customer service. Note that not all the tops they have available show on their website...if you are looking for something specific for the s2k that you don't see, call and ask.

Perfect fitment when installed properly. If fitment is not perfect for some odd reason, contact Robbins and they will take care of you.

Did my top myself over a year ago and still looks great. Because you have a 2003 model make sure you order the kit for the 02 and up. They make a kit for the 00-01 that has a glass window, I say this because I know someone that got their order mixed up, turned out to be no big deal. Good luck.

In my drive way... Pretty easy to do, I think the worst part was removing the interior parts. I think I have seen a few DIY's here before, if you do a little searching I am sure you will find one.

I've installed multiple OEM tops (6 at last count) and 1 Robbins. The Robbins is good, but not quite OEM. I spent far more time with the Robbins trying to get it to look decent that the OEM top.
