Tore my lip! $#&%!

Let someone else drive my S, and they tore the front lip on a trailer hitch. Here are a couple of pics.

How would I go about fixing this?

That sucks I did the same thing hitting an invisible curb...I got an estimate from a friendly body shop to fix and replaint mine for $125. This is a shop in BFE so your esitmates may be a bit higher.
