Torque settings on 2-pieced rims.

My friend just bought a 2-piece rim by Advan. He wanted to know what are usually the torque specs for the screws that hold them together. I know this is broad but I just want an approx. setting. He snapped 2 screws by over tightening and I don't think he wants to do that anymore.... Thanks
