17,000 miles.
1 set OEM 99% gone.
1 set OEM 50% used up.
1 set Kumho 712's slick in 3000 miles.
1 set Kumho V700's corded all four.
1 set Kumho V700's w/80% life left.

Damn that's a lot of money spent on tires!

Current miles = 18500

Still running on OEM's...

I can probably run the rears to 20000 - 21000, at least.

The fronts are 70 - 75 % new...

Just ordered PP SO2's to replace the rears. I want to get as much out of the OEM's as possible.

Charlie - it is people like you who need to start spending more $ on tires to keep the economy strong.

That is my reasoning anyway....

I'm at 28,000 miles...and I have gone through 4 sets of tires in the rear.

225/50/16 S02's - died at 5,000

225/40/18 Parada's - died at 14,000

245/35/18 Toyo Proxes T1-S - died at 25,000

245/35 Toyo Proxes T1-S - Currently running at 28,000.

20,200 miles changed rears to Honda spec S02's tires were seriously into the wear bars and not safe. Under normal driving conditions 20,000 miles is excessive mileage out of the S02's.

the OEM tires lasted till 8k miles
now I have Kuhmo 712's and at 25k+ on the odo they are toast
But I am waiting, and waiting and waiting on the Spoon wheels to get here so I can get tired.

7500 miles when I got back from Asheville(wear bars). New rear SO2's were waiting from tire rack. Fronts are fine.
Boy are these new tires sticky!!!!!

[LIST][*]OEM S02 rears dead at 12K, not replaced until after scaring everyone in Asheville last year at 15K (fronts ditched too)
[*]S02 PP's rears history at at 28K...Fronts OK.
[*]S02 PP's smoked at 32K (Both sets swapped)
[*]S02 PP's call it quits at 38K (Thanks, Mr. Dragon)
[*]S03 PP's will be on the car Friday will give an update soon.
