judging just on three pictures I would say not totaled, but you were indeed silly to be driving around on bald tires under those conditions. Here's hoping the repairs go smoothly.

Need more info about the car. Miles and year? Depending on the year it could definitely be totalled. Rear quarters for sure and depending on who fixes it might be easier to just do a rear clip.

Man! Were those the tires you had on the car, when you crashed? Kinda high mileage. No?

I only drove about 2,800 miles on them I just got the car about 6 months ago and they were new. It is an 07 with 56k miles. I am really hoping nothing mechanically is wrong I have drove the car to and from work about 5 miles there and back the last few days because like an idiot I sold my other car after getting this one so now I am really screwed. The front of the car seems to be fine as we spun out I was able to control the car and just roll backwards we didn't even make a full rotation before I was able to bring the car to a stop. I also drove the car home from the wreck right after with no problems. If you need any other info please let me know and thank you!

It may be close to a total. Depends on your insurance. Most go off NADA. Check your cars value there and if you have time take it to a shop. ask for an estimate. If it's more than 70% the value they normally total them.

Will insurance cover this because it was completely my fault and lets just say I was speeding there are skid marks for about 60 feet on the road into the dirt. My first thought was to go the insurance route but many factors i'd rather not discuss come to mind.

I would go total. Between the quarter damage and it looks like the frame is tweaked some too i dont think its going to go that well. I have got cars that looked better than that with salvage titles from iaai to be completely honest.

Are you kidding me? How old are you? Do you not know your insurance policy? Clearly you're suggesting you've had some history with your insurance.

If you take it through insurance, they will most likely total it. Both rear quarter panels are expensive to fix, not including the rear taillights, trunklid, bumper, etc.
