Default Tranny Fluid Viscosity?

What viscosity would tranny fluid for my00 be when i change it? and how much does it take to change it?

My bad. Use the new honda MTF 2 quarts is all you need.

^^ He said tranny...not diff.

Use Honda MTL from the dealer in your transmission.

Use Honda MTF (green label/white cap) in the transmission. You will need two quarts.

amsoil is good too. I used the Honda stuff and then now am using the amsoil stuff and I like the amsoil stuff better. You can check it out at the site below if you like.
