some s2k came with a special optional package in which the car comes with a titanium shift knob and color badges and perhaps other items.

 

the titanium shift knob and color badges are dealer accesories along with other things like the alarm system and hardtop. Maybe some dealers offered a "package" deal, but I never heard of a package deal from the factory.
