Not sure if anyone ever came across this, but it made me chuckle..

As I read the article (which is pretty old) I almost found myself wondering if maybe it was an April Fool's joke post or if the guy was purposely being facetious. But no, it does seem to be an honest to god review by someone who clearly isn't a performance car guy.
I think cabin in S is quality made and engine sounds amazing, I also have no complains about audio with replaced head unit and I think hu door with left-hand controls is a very smart design.
And I am coming from e46 m3 and e92 335i

Also this comment pretty much sums it up:
"Lastly consider just ONE thing: When Honda STOPS making this car, you WILL look back at it and most likely write something like “…what happened to pure sports cars like the S2000?…"
If I remember correctly, all of this guy's "reviews" read the same way.

You’re approaching the S2000 with the wrong mentality. Being the Boxster driver you are, you’re used to a bit more refinement.
Think 4 wheeled motorcycle and then you’ll get it.

My thoughts on the interior - It's one of my "things"
I was a technician at the dealership when these first came out. At that time navigation was still pretty newish. Exotic materials such as carbon fiber was still not being used much. You have to remember, we're still talking Diablo era Lamborghinis. And if you seen the Diablo interior, you'll understand that "understated" was still in. I'm not even going to mention Ferrari interiors. -You wanna talk about snore.- So for the time it was a really really awesome interior. The gauges still kick butt.
By today's standards the interior sways a little to the lack side in my opinion. But just by a little bit. -Could use cooler materials, alcantara, carbon fiber, kevlar, etc.- But that says a lot about a design that is over a decade old.
