Default Trying to sell...

im trying to sell my 03 S and i have not had many offers. it is on autotrader and craigslist but no action. i have gotten many calls from companies that charge around 300 to take tons of pics and blast them across the net. is this worth it? does anyone have experience with this?

Pay $20 to become a member and stick it in the Cars For Sale section on S2Ki - the best place to sell a S2000.

Either your price or the location of your car. I had many offers when I posted up my car.

Wait a year, until my son graduates from college. He will buy it at that price. Have you tried to see what Elk Grove Honda will give you for it? They are the S2000 dealership in Northern Calif.

Also try posting on craigslist sites in different counties or even nearby states.

try lowering the price to $21,500-22K and you may get a few more calls. i'm also in SAC and you just have to find the right buyer thats all. if you can wait it out, then leave your price alone, if not, lower the price a little bit

AND buy a membership and post it in the FS forum

You actually have a good price because it includes a hardtop. Maybe you should try to remove the hardtop and sell it separately. My hometown is sacramento and i realized that it is a bit more difficult to sell one there compared to So cal at that price range. I say, just wait it out and let the right buyer come to you or part out the hardtop and lower your asking price. Hell, give me a good deal on your hardtop and i'll take it off your hands. lol. Oh wait, you dont have membership. Sorry. Time to fork out that $20 bucks
