Default TSB 0054 No Good...Rattle...Rattle

Well last Saturday I got my car back with the new TSB 0054 done with the new clutch and it worked great for about a day... Now the rattle is back slighly but not to the extent that it was before but also now I have a rattle that is even twice as loud and annoying as the first and it sounds like its comming from inside the dash. Sounds like its inside the dash right above the clutch so more that likely it's the clutch again. The first rattle I could have lived with this one is just loud and annoying so it looks like it's back in to the dealer for me...I couldn't imagine this new rattle is normal...It's just so loud no one could live with it...oh and this one doesn't happen only when there is deceleration...it happens all the time all RPMS. Unless I take it out of gear and then it's fine... Anyway does anyone else have this problem? Also yesterday I noticed that when I switch my windshield wipper to intermittent it now makes a beeping sound right before the wippers do a sweep. Has anyone seen that before? Thanks.

Tough break, sounds like something isn't as it should be

Are your wipers really "beeping" on intermitent or is it just the clicking relay noise?

That might be what it is...but, man is it a loud clicking...is that normal?

I live in Phoenix and yesterday was the first time my ride's ever seen rain so it was naturally the first time I used the wipers. Maybe it's always like that...just seems a little loud to me.

Definitely sounds like the car needs to go back in to check. From what I've heard, the new TSB054 clucth, part number ends in "-055" is the quietest clucth yet for our car, even quieter than the original model 2000 stcok one which was quiet for the first 5k miles or so. Take it back in to have it checked asap!

As for the wiper relay...yeah, its loud.

That relay sure is noticeable, to tell the truth I tend to use the flick wipe function more often or turn up the stereo
Yeah it really is nice to have my top down 90% of the year... We actually look forward to the 3-5 days it rains here a year... God I love this city...
