TSB fact of fiction

My car is reaching the 3 year old point and I was wondering if the TSBs are only covered during the warranty period.

My dealer's advice is to get them all done now?

What is the real answer?

TSBs can be done at any time. Waiting until something breaks before performing the upgrade may be an issue...
