Two questions?
I have a 2001 new formula red S2000, I want to get the newer S2000 front and rear bumper.
Will honda paint the parts for me? How mUch?
Will it even match due to the age of the car?

your existing NFR paint would most def. have some fading. get a quality job quoted to include a fade into your car and also do some research on your paint quality and the codes for mixing. I believe I read somewhere that there are numbers in your VIN number that modify the standard paint code on your door.

I might be wrong, but I would imagine as it is black, color fade would be more noticeable? The farther they go fading it in the better it will look.
My front bumper had many rock chips, so I took it in to be sanded down and repainted. They fade painted the rest of the body up into the doors. It came out very well... Though some idiot made it so one side of my car is an S2000, and the other side is a 2000S... so I still have to go back to the car place to deal with that.

As far as paint goes. Honda paint sucks ballsecki! The Yellows and Reds are the most difficult to match next to the other darker and more solid colors...like Berlina. Reds fade faster than Black, but it is agreed that not a good, but an OUTSTANDING body shop will be able to blend any color unbeknownst to even the professional and critical eye. I've got a RYP...darker than Spa, but still lighter than the yellows on most cars. The body shop I went to ended up painting the whole car a darker shade of Rio because they couldn't match or blend the mofo too well.

) when it comes to different colors... say black?
