Second, with no relation to the first question whatsoever, Will these wheels [17x8+32 17x9+31 5x114.3] fit an stock S? What about one lowered about 1.25"? Thank you in advance for the help

The +45's may fit, but can't go super wide with the tires and you'd probably need fender rolling (especially if lowered).
