Unlucky Nick, just cjecked DVLA, they have loads of S200 ON plates except S200 ONG, but if you do want another number plate there seem plenty of S200 O plates to choose from all for

I dont know Ivs2k, regular plates just come with the car when you buy it but the plate could be anything like "W253 SNG". It doesn't mean anything except the "W" indicates the car is a Year 2000 car. The beauty of a personalised plate is a bit of individualism and it disguises how old the car is and any other stupid reason you can think of for paying
