Just FYI:
I did a rebuild for boost on my b series motor at 123k miles and my main and rod bearings looked good as new and were well within spec. I used plain old cheap fram filters and conventional oil for all of that mileage.

That filter will start to save you money after like 100,000 miles, but 35 micron filtration isn't stellar. For contrast, Amsoil EaO Filters provide filtering efficiency to 98.7 percent at 15 microns and are guaranteed to 25,000 miles or one year.

Average HP gains are 5-6. Also with the engine running more efficient, you should see an average of 1-2 mpg.
I'm sorry, but see, I bought the Brooklyn Bridge just a few months ago and I'm still waiting for my Land Titles to arrive. I'll have to hold off buying any more "really neat stuff" till I get this bridge thing settled.

...and when their grammar is not at least close to perfect, I stop listening. err, reading. Get some shiny hight-heat paint, and paint the Honda filter.

I use a mason jar and a used sock You can wash the sock out so it's reusable and you gain atleast 5hp and another 3mph. Hanes sports socks offer about 15microns of filtration. I use pantyhose though when I'm on the track for that extra boost
