Is it still 100% made in Japan???

it will say on window sticker

I have an unasked Q, why did the S2K not recieve the i-VTEC system?

Because the '04 S2K is just a refresh. the car will actually see a re-design in a few years... at least thats the rumour (and how most cars progress).
