Left a voice mail to call me regarding this matter saying that EVERYONE is waiting to hear if he followed though on his promise

will call his office / cell tomorrow at 4:30

I can't tell you how much I appreciate that snide comment. That was a long while back and the ONLY reason that I posted that was to try to keep the issue focused on getting Trip the resolution that he wanted.

I congratulate Bass on following through on this better than I have. He has done an amazing job of being a pit bull on this issue and he deserves respect for the efforts he has taken (and continues to take). Unfortunately, I have some family issues that take up a wee bit of my time and if I could trade those issues for $1500 I would have paid Trip myself!

Anyway, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to take a stab at me.

anyway, does any one live near him ? is it a bad idea to go to his work and talk to him there and then??? he wont be able to run away or make any excuses of why he cant see you.
