UPDATED S2000 HONDA ACCESS site!
Hey, if you thought the updated Honda Japan S2000 site was cool... wait 'til you get a load of THIS!
http://www.honda.co.jp/ACCESS/automobiles/...2000/index.html
I believe that the 2002 S2000 pictured in the title is the first good image of the new Sebring Silver with the new "hyperblack" headlight housings, clear sidemarkers, and a RED dash and door treatment! Oh yeah, and don't forget the optional 17" wheels...
*sigh* ... makes me wanna trade mine in for a 2002!

For those that read/understand Japanese:
On the "Utility" page, I see a picture of 2 door mirrors; one condensed with water, the other dry. Is this an optional heated door mirror system that Honda sells? How much would something like this cost? Sorry for the redundant questions. I wish I could read Japanese

Some nice goodies. Although I personally wouldn't want many of the options they show here, it would be nice if they made them available for the N.A. market. BTW. I wonder what the thingie is at the bottom of the front spoiler. Maybe a curb sensor?
What's with the "diaper pail" for the trunk?
Looks like the concept car has a flat cover for the cockpit. Not quite a tonneau, but would do in a pinch.
Any cunning linguist care to provide more info?

As for us 2000 & 2001 owners wishing we had the 2002...I don't think so - I can't help but compare this to owning a 64 1/2 Mustang...certainly the 66 and 67 mustangs offered more, but those with the "original" were never embarrassed! Watching the new stuff come out will be great, but lets keep in mind the owners of these new cars are getting cars that never should have been made! This was intended to be a 2-year limited production vehicle, and they are only continuing production because the ones we have now are SO awesome, SO popular, and SO in need of sibling lineage =)
