upgrading HID's

Default upgrading HID's

hello everyone,

I just bout a pair of 6000K bulbs but i dont know how to get to the bulb on the headlights. Anyone have any suggestions or a step by step guide?

First off, I hope you purchased right bulbs for your car. Secondly, do you realize that you just spend money on a pair of bulb which puts out less lumens than stock 4300k HIDs?

Your upgrade is actually a downgrade but regardless.

Remove the front bumper, remove headlights, open HID seal, replace bulbs, reinstall headlights and bumper, done

or you just bought new bulb because you want to be "COOL" with the blue HID?

you had the best bulbs and the best housings. There is no upgrade.

Agreed with all of the comments above... downgrading is not the best idea. Leave it as is!

Well that was a hell of a shot, I'd save the other nine toes for something a bit more worthwhile.

its probably easier to just take off the wheels and open up part of the fender liner to expose the back side of the headlights

you will also need a tamper proof t-25 bit to open up screw that hold the bulb cover, or you can just use a plier or vice grip
