Has anyone done the Valentine factory upgrade on an older V-1 and found it to work for the newer radar bands? I have a 1993 model, and it did not save from Smokey this past July?

 

When you have Valentine do the upgrade, they pretty much replace all of the guts so you will get all of the new bands and the latest software. My original V1 only had the front laser antenna and the upgrade included the front and rear laser antennae as well as all the new features, like mode memory and such.
