Yes it has, i have been past three bars a couple of times and thats why I was looking into this. Well with a v-mount the radiator is obviously laying down which allows for most if not all parts of it to get air flow instead of just the area the bumper allows it to get. I would think that if the entire radiator got an increased airflow then, the cooling of the car would be better. correct me if im wrong.

I live in Miami as well, using the J's intake and have no issues with overheating whatsoever. Maybe you should look into some simple cooling mods, like a radiator plate, thermovalve, radiator cap and hoses.

The front radiator would get more air through it at a higher velocity. There are other options for cooling your car such as tropical cooling fluid or a lower temp thermometer. Silicon hoses off of the radiator help as well.

I think your goal is to get the V mount radiator is for looks than actual cooling goals.

Just remember, Honda knows more than you do. They engineered this car to work at extreme temperatures, well past what you see, I'm sure. If you're that worried, do a proper coolant flush and replace the thermostat with another OEM one.

if you are consistently seeing higher than average coolant temps, maybe you should look into what possible problems your car has.

Thanks for the input guys. As for the high tempteratures they arent frequent, they just happen when im driving to the limit. I have an aftermarket radiator, cap, and hose so there must be some other problem. Ill look into the radiator flush as soon as possible.

i think the cheapest method to solve you problem is to get an aftermarket aluminum radiator.. it will def be alot more efficient than the stock radiator.. btw, why do you think your stock radiator is not sufficiant in the florida heat??? i see people that live in lasvegas that owns s2000 and never had a problem with coolant issue... (its all in your mind..)
