VAFC Question(s)-- on NA cars

These arn't the current setting I'm running but they are close. I think that these would be a nice and agressive, but still safe, place to start at until you can get the car on the dyno... Let me know if you have any other questions

Interesting info. I have no idea what any of it means since I do not have a VAFC (yet), but some day, if I ever get around to getting one, this will come in handy, thanks.

my next mod will be the J's racing headers and then a vafc II for tuning. i currently have a test pipe and invidia.

i am really looking forward to getting my car tuned.

does anyone have a tuning map for a SAFC?

my buddy told me to get one of these because it has more fuel points and he argued that Honda knew what they were doing with the Vtec change over so i shouldn't worry about changing it...

Your buddy has no idea what he is talking about.

The VAFC-II has 24 points, 12 low and 12 high. The SAFC-II has 12.

Stock VTEC Crossover works fine on a stock car (but with a full ems and good tuning it's not the best point to changeover either..), but with various mods changing it is benficial.

Have a VAFC myself-Tuned it will the map kayvan_pour posted. Must say my car now uses less fuel and revs easier.

I have an 01' w/ invidia duel Ti exhuast w/ a AEM V2 intake ..... Just waiting on my harness.... The numbers u put up for Vafc2 befor tunning is safe to convert to my settings till I get time for a Dyno..? So will not **** my engine up?

Personally I wouldn't use anyone elses tuned numbers for your car. Just dyno it and tune it after you install it. Plus I'd rather tune off the base map anyways.
