Cool Valet parking lmao

so i was in saddlebrook and i had to have my car valet since they wouldnt let me park which was lame cause i dont trust them.

anyways when i went to get my car later that night, i was with my friend (after wedding)

so they went to get my car and it was 1030 at night, we sat there for 20 mins waiting for my car

Btw i have a skunk2 exhaust

so he comes back and says is there a special way to turn the car on?

i busted out laughing and was like yea theres a push start button on the left

he finally went and i heard my car turn on which sounded so goood cause i never get to see or hear my car driving bcz im the only one who drives it lol

Has anyone had an experience like this? lol

They wouldn't let you park your own car? I'd turn around and leave.

lol, that's pretty funny. i've had the same thing happened to me but usually when i take it to a mechanic.

i have a rule to those who want to drive my car, if you can't turn it on within 9 seconds, you can't drive it...

They dont want your kind or attitude there anyway.

Yes it has happened, but not at a valet. I took my car in to for a camber adjustment and the old feller sat in there for i know 10 minutes. I kinda felt bad for sitting and laughing, but then again it was worth it.

When I got an alignment, one of the Hispanic workers went to go move my car into the garage-- I assumed he wouldn't be able to start it, and wouldn't know where reverse was.

I was right I walked over there and he looked at me all confused-- I pointed to the clutch, then pressed the button and he went ahhhh! Then he looked at my blank shift knob and looked at me again, so I showed him where reverse was.

Good stuff

lol thats happened to me a few times at the shop or car wash
the worst is getting into another car and instinctively looking for or even pushing where the start button would be

What about reverse for those of us with aftermarket shift knobs....
