I've seen that car in person. It had an interesting story behind it... that S2000 (its an MY00) was one of the first in the San Antonio area, and the (kid's parent) paid a premium for it. Judging from the mods, it was probably "hot shit" in 2000. Anyway, About a year ago a guy went out and checked it out - it had been sitting parked, uncovered, outside for a couple years. He said the entire car was hail damaged, had an inch of dust all over the interior and the car needed some serious cleaning up, etc. Evidently the kid/now "guy" grew up, had completely lost interest in the S2000 and was now into lifted trucks driving some hopped up Silverado or something. I believe he bought it for 6K plus traded an older 600CC sportbike.

Anyway, the ebay seller bought that car a few months ago. I'm glad to see him clean up the car.

huh?? i bought this car from a guy i know in medford oregon. not ebay. his parents bought it for him in 2005. he blew the motor in it due to a miss shift.. parents paid for a replacment, then he blew that due to another miss shift. parents cut the funds. i bought the car off him and took over the payments.
since i bought it a year agom

jdm motor/trans from hmotors
clutch
comptech diff w/4.56 gear
invidia exhaust
had everything molded and the car painted taffeta white in jan
ap2 center console, black/red door panels and seats.

Veilside bodykits for S2000 just don't do it. Probably only a very few like it. Front and rear are just gross. Well at least you don't seem to have their hood lol. I don't mind their RX-7 bodykits.

Another for the Veilside kit, I also have the authentic kit on. It's a aggressive kit, you gotta go aggressive on every other exterior parts to match it. Only wish Veilside had made the front bumper stock size, it's just too long.

I was considering making a modified Veilside front bumper.

Theres the thread - not many replies, but those that did still didn't like the modified version. I love the added length of the bumper (very old school Fairlady ZG).

Well I guess I can be second in line for the flaming, I do not have the front but the sides and rear are molded. I think ,y color makes it a little better but I'm not 100% in love either
