So a few days or weeks ago (i'm not really sure) I came across a thread about someones velcro straps coming off were it was repaired by the dealer. The same happened to my car a while back, I just never had the time to take it to the dealership. Well anyway I took it in and it's not covered under warranty. I would have posted in the other thread but i can't seem to find it. So it seems that nothing that has to do with the convertable top is covered under warantee. I bought my car in december as a certified used car. It now has roughly 20000 miles on it. Am i just going to the wrong dealer?

 

I would try another dealer.
