what is the purpose of the vents right above the stereo, i just noticed mine last week, i felt no air or anything...

 

hey buddy.. I think that is one place that air comes out, when you have it set to the top down vent setting. But if it's chilly and I want the top down, I usually just use the regular dash vents- they work better IMO. But in the winter when it's freezing or in the summer heat, that vent points right about at the shift knob, so it may help keep you from burning/freezing your hands, though I doubt that was it's intention.

 

If you look at the vent control nub on the dash, you will see an arrow that indicate
the vents that you are talking about !

In the Car manual, they said to use that position we the top is down !

YEA I AM!!!...haha, just got her about 2 months ago...that should explain it...hell, shouldve seen my face when i found the *secret* compartment!

oh yeah i was also amazed when i found the secret compartment.... i found it while reading though that little booklet.. i was like uhhh what the hell is that.. and when i tried it out i was like whooooaaaaa...
