Vertical Door for the S2000 is available now in...
Hey, my friend got these doors on his mustang a few months ago, professionally installed I might add. Personally I think when they are up, its kinda neat.
But anyways, I just wanted to give you a heads up.
They sag when you open them creating a world of problems everytime you open and close the door. You kinda hafta lift and close. Add to that, they make an awful whining noise. They dont open all that wide so its more difficult to get in and out and really, he's prolly put the doors up all of 10 times since hes got them.
To put the doors up, first you hafta open the doors as wide as they can go and then lift. However, there is no restriction when you can lift them up.
If the door isnt fully wide open before you lift it, the door will catch the front fender and bend it, scratch it, prolly rip it off if you do it hard enough.
My friend found this out the hard way.
Basically, they are a huge headache and he is getting them removed next week.

I don't know about the Decah conversion itself, but the guys/gals at Car Excess are a great group of people. I met them for the first time at Hot Import Nights in Miami a couple of months back. Friendly, courteous, professional. They are one of the few installers I feel comfortable selling my lighting products to (and through their website).
I saw this car at the World of Wheels Custom Autoshow last weekend. It was ok, but nothing great. It does have a comptech supercharger though, which I found more interesting than the lambo doors.
