I can't beleive I'm asking this question. I really do have eyes (and I am not color blind, I swear)

I'm trying to order MuzMats for my car and the website shows the possibility of ordering the base of the mats as either Black or Grey. I guess I've never noticed the difference in interior color on any S2000. I always thought they all came with really dark grey carpeting.

Can you please tell me if my '02 Spa Yellow officially has black or just really dark grey carpeting?

See I told you it was stupid question, but I really can't tell the difference and I don't want to order the wrong color.

Thanks a million. -KM.

Kalcium, my 2001 has black carpeting and I ordered the black Muz floormats. After 6 months, they were so worn and tattered, I replaced them with the OEM mats. I would suggest you reconsider. I'll be glad to send you my 6 month old ones for free (shipping costs only) if you want to see what they look like. You can keep them. IMO, they're junk.

I've got Muz's original mats, both in black and with heel pads, and they are holding up very well (at least a year old).

The black mats are darker than the carpeting so I'm assuming grey would have been closer to car's carpeting. However, I like the darker mats and it's not that noticeable of a difference.

Kalcium

I have the charcoal grey mats, grey border, s2000 logo, heel pad. I bought them from someone on the board as new. The passenger mat is in perfect condition. Drivers mat shows a little wear but still looks nice. I have a White/Red. Obviously these mats do not match my car at all. I just wanted something to cover the cross bar, and didn't care how they looked. I would like to sell my charcoal mats and buy Rick's red mats to match my interior. Let me know if you are interested in buying mine.

Hmmm....

Perhaps my question wasn't that stupid after all. I guess what I needed is some independent confirmation of what MuzMats color would actually match my interior carpet color. The answer so far is decidedly unclear

Does either MuzMats color (black or grey) match the S2000's interior carpet color??? C'mon guys, this can't be that hard.

I have a set that are about a year old and they look great. Heal mats really make a difference.
