There are several ways, including some commercial software, however here is a quick and free method:

Translating a Web Page

You can get a quick, approximate translation of a web page in a language of your choice.

1. Go to the web page you want to translate. For example:
http://www.honda.co.jp/S2000/

2. Hi-lite the URL (displayed at the top of your web browser), and COPY the address.
(Using Edit menu/Copy or Ctrl-C)

3. Go to the following site:
http://babelfish.altavista.com/

3a) Paste in the the full web address you want to see in English.
3b) Select from the drop down menu which language you are translating From-To. (In this example select "Japanese to English".)
3c) Then select "Translate"

The translation is not perfect, but it is pretty cool to be able to cruise all thru the Honda Japan site and see the info in your own language.
