Has anyone seen this on any s2k. I am think about getting this to replace that pain in the ass leather boot cover. If anyone has pics better than these please post them and let me know what you think of it.

Interesting. Gotta watch the weather, though. What happens if you get caught in the rain? At least the stock cover will bend and fit in the trunk when the top goes up. Looks like you'd have to get wet or jettison that thing.

 

Didn't think of that! I guess i can only use it on really nice days.

 

Veilside makes a cover that, IMO, looks a little better. Try looking on their site before you buy this one. I don't know the cost comparison, though.

 

I have seen the Veilside cover as well, but heard that it is not easy to take on and off. I also think i read somewhere that that cover screws in. Sounds a little complicated. That one goes for about $470 and the viper one goes for about $400. I dont know if either of the two covers are already painted when ordered. I do like the look of the Veilside better though. Thanks!

 

No problem-I know the veilside cover does not come painted-its white in color.

 

Someone on this board has this and posted pics last year. Can't remember the "username". Some people replied that it made the car look like it had "boobs".
