Default Virgin Voyage

Got to take the S2 up to the mountains today, and I have to say it was exhilerating. Being as I have been driving FWD cars for the last 6 years, it took some getting used to the handling before I could have some real fun. When I did, it was awesome. The car was very responsive and showed a real knack for the corners. Not bad for a stock seven year old car.
The only two problems I noticed is that I have crappy tires (AS430's), but that's not the S2's fault. Then, during the run, after the higher rpm, technical sections, during normal easy driving the clutch would get "sticky" and stiff. Any ideas?

But, overall... taking the S2 up to the mountain was awesome.
Just some snaps... one is a crappy camera phone.

Crappy tires and a mountain run = "I crashed my car today" posts. Buy good/great tires before you spin into something and wreak your car or worse...

well, im sorry if i happened to restrain myself so i could find out how the car handled. the tires are brand new, 10/32's. i just don't happen to be fond of the way the tire handles.... when i say crappy tires, i never said bald or anything.... just personal opinion.
damn, someone is quick to judge. car's still in one piece too.

Check your clutch fluid yet? Another situation could be this:

In any case, have fun and be safe out there.

awesome, that's probably exactly what it is. i checked the slave cylinder on the way back down and the high temp grease was quite "carterized". got kinda hot. i'll do that.
as for safety, always. i would hate for anything to keep me from drivin this thing.
