Usually I ride top down and no hat just sun glasses. I like to feel the wind in my hair.

That's about the only reason why I would drive with the windows up. I wouldn't put the windows up if I was cruising, but I would put them up if I was on the highway at speeds over 60mph, less wind, and you can hear the radio much better. I tend to listen to talk shows when going to work, so I like to hear what they are saying..
