I, too, went with the cr knob...and loving every moment with it. Suits me much better since I hold and shift my knob southpaw style (unlike others who prefer to do it jet fighter plane style). My stock knob also didn't come with a locking nut... All owners that had thier S's knob missing the locking nut unite!!!

I love my Voodoo! You can't go wrong with a polished knob IMO

I have Voodoo aluminum...Does it feel any better with the Voodoo Ti?

Which one is the heaviest? Also does heavier means better shifting feel?

My first Voodoo knob was for my '96 Miata. I was sold then and have remained a faithful user since. Installing one (spun pearl aluminum flavor) in my S2K was my first mod of that car. The weight issue I think is overemphasized as a few ounces here or there isn't that big a deal. What is important is the diameter of the knob itself and the height on the stalk. It was designed to emulate a vintage Ferrari shift knob and has succeeded tremendously. For me it simply has the right "feel" and enhances the snick-snick shifts of the great S2K tranny.

I had the aluminum and went with the titanium, I gave my aluminum to my dad and he loves it as well. I like the titanium feel and look better plus there are less and it adds uniqueness to the vehicle.

I haven't compared the Voodoo Al to the Ti but I am very happy with the Ti.

How does the CR shift knob sit compared with the Voodoo?
IIRC the CR shift knob isn't countersunk. The countersinking IMO is important. Of course, YMMV.

To me the key feature is the deep countersink!

I sold my Voodoo and went with a Muz knob because I like the larger diameter, the Voodoo just felt too small in my hand. I'm not sure if Voodoo still makes their larger size still, or if they have gone back to just one size.
