Vortech SC Project / Buckle Up
Hey people,
Me again.
Got word on the progress of my car from Vortech.
They took it back after putting on the SC for final tuning.
Have had it for 2-1/2 weeks.
Should have it back by Friday.
They finished putting the ACT clutch in and a new ECU.
Also, have been tuning it to squeeze all HP.
Can't wait to give it a spin.

How do you think I feel? Got a rocketship in the works and haven't been able to drive it. Boo, hoo, hoo.
I don't even want to go rent Fast & Furry yet because I know I'll want to go drive.

Not sure what the price will be.
They made me an offer I couldn't refuse cuase they wanted a 2000 project.
Doesn't hurt to have a friend that works there though.
Even though I haven't had my car for awhile I know it's in good hands.
Just wish it was in my hands now.
I do think that it will be every bit as good if not better than Comptech's unit.
You'll have to get with them on the price.
They said that since SEMA they have been getting loads of calls.
I'm sure there will be a waiting list.

thats kind of stupid, it better be better than the Comtech unit or what's the point of the vortech?
