Well here i am with my nice new vortech supercharger kit,all excited and slowly installing the kit, piece by peace. After i installed the timing control unit,i tested it and it was inop(would not retard timing under boost). So i contacted Vortech and told them about this little problem. There simple answer was just pay to have it shipped and well take a look at it.Pay to ship it to you?????After i just payed 4 grand????!!!!!!Those rotten mother @#$#%#%^!!!!There support sucks ass!!!To anyone who is interested in a vortech kit beware!!!Just pray you don't have any problems like me!!!

I bought a AEM gauge wideband a year ago. after installing it in the car, It didn't work. A call into AEM, and they tell me the same thing. You have to send it back for them to test it. They repaired the unit and sent it back to me. This policy is not unique to Vortech or AEM. Yes it sucks, but it's the only way your going to get the problem fixed.
