Default VORTECH - Why so quiet?

How come there hasn't been any noises from/about people getting their new S/Cs or people interested in the Vortech lately? We haven't heard anything from the old threads where people were having issues. Have these been resolved satisfactorily or are people still having problems? Anyone taken delivery of their new units lately or hear of anyone getting theirs? Is Vortech even sending out kits lately or are they still out of stock on the "corrected" computer boxes? The last bit of news posted here was to do with Vortech's $100.00 rebate. Anybody take them up on it and get it?
I still haven't received mine and I've been waiting and waiting and waiting ............................ I originally confirmed my intention to purchase this kit from a private source who sold his car. This goes back to Sept. 6 and the kit was ordered well before this. If nothing happens in the next couple of months, I think I'll ditch the Vortech idea and wait to see what goodies Comptech comes up with on their new kit in the spring.

Not everyone who blows can afford to go the extra 2-3 thousand bucks so if it's "ALL" about turbos now, these must just be a "legend in your own mind".

I phoned Vortech and they said my new (new) control box would be shipped out early next week. They also said they were testing the new batch of boxes on their S2K to make sure they worked.
