Hey the RX8 looks good on paper, but yuk, I hate those front fenders. What were they thinking. Those fenders, with the huge hump for the wheel well, totaly ruin the car. This took the car off my list of choices when I was car shopping.
I too prefer cleaner lines, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I just gotta laugh when some1 speaks about the RX-8 as a practical car.

How practical is it when u can't start ur car in the morning if it's too cold out side and u gotta take the bus to work?

How practical is it when u gotta add a quart of oil every 3000 miles cuz ur engine burns it up too fast?

How practical is it to have to remove a fat plastic cover to even get to the oil cap?

How practical is it when u gotta check ur oil to know if u need to add ur quart any sooner or later than 3k ... but u have to dig thru a mass of hot hoses and just to get to ur buried dipstick?

Practical my arse ...

I'm all for the S winning, but I'm sure we are checking oil on the S2000 just as often as they are on the RX8.

Quote from Saturn on RX8 forums:
"They made 250 votes in an hour -- they're unstoppable. I can almost guarantee it's one dude with a very good script as opposed to a group effort. They had a very slow stream of votes all day and then SURGED at around 9:15 EST. We can't possibly keep up."

Whoever it is good job

You generally change your oil at that mileage interval, genius.

Oh dont forget how nice it must be to have a car that blows out white smoke at high RPM's.

The RX-8 is very practical. If you read the brochure carefully it says the RX-8 can be used to mow your lawn, as a wood splitter, a precision cutting tool, a telescope, a felt tip pen, a waffle iron, a semaphore flag, a candle and a French phrase book. How practical is that?
