I voted for the s2k, would I have voted for the other high power/exotics/etc?. Yes, but the s2k deserve it since it dies as of this month as a pure sport car only for the pure enthusiast. The NSX/supra/etc. had its time and highlights when it was killed, I voted for the NSX as "best sports car built" in 05/06 when it died off. I don't see how GTR,Evo,Z,etc. can be consider the best sports car ever if its still in production, its gonna keep getting improvements between the brands, making them all the best cars ever built 
My brother has a Evo8(bought it new in 2004, it has 437AWHP atm) is it powerful, yes, does he kick my a**, yes. Is it the best sport car ever, No in my own opinion

-> Voted for the S2000 (easily) too. I've driven the Evo's VIII & X (both GSR) and I'm sorry, the S is far more superior when it becomes overall fun factor. I could care less about how fast, quick, advanced or powerful it is on the spec sheet. The driving experience on the S is just dynamically superb...so far...beyond comparison.
