Default VSA light

I recently sold my my 2001 and now have a MY2006.At first I was disappointed
in the the corner handling and soon realized that the corners weren't the same with the VSA on.I have two other Acuras with VSA and the lights blink when it's
operational.I have purposely taken tight corners with the VSA on and although
I feel the VSA working, the light doesn't come on.Is this normal with the S2000?

Thanks-stew

No, the VSA light should come on when it kicks in.

I can get mine to come on at will.

Drive harder!

Seriously - try launching it on gravel and see what it does. I'd bet it comes on then!

Does the light come on when you switch it off?

Be careful when you say that. The actual "VSA" light is a malfunction indicated showing that the VSA system is experiencing a failure. The triangle with the ! in it comes on when VSA is disabled or when the VSA system is enabled and activated by a lose of traction (although it seems to flash before it actually does anything on occasion).

Drop the clutch at 4000rpm and turn the wheel. You'll see the VSA light.
