What about ammonium-water (like the old Servel refrigerators), using the exhaust manifold as a heat source. This would be a great way to disipate unwanted heat and get A/C in the process. The big problem is the higher manufacturing cost because the ammonium requires steel tubes and will eat-up brass and copper and the fact that ammonium gas is toxic and would be released in a crash. I guess we'll have to find other ways to stay cool.

you can look into an underdrive pulley for the ac belt to help alleviate the hp drain when AC is on.
