I've hit it a couple times (on the test drive) but I'm in the same boat. Damned break in period.

ya only got 350, miles on my 08. dont wanna redline till after break in. Speaking of break in how many miles is break in, i have my owners manual at home and im out of town

I VTEC every once in a while just cause but im running an Invidia w/o silencers so in order to not blow out other eardrums and such..(I will VTEC under overpasses and thru tunnels every chance I get)

if i hit vtec, i redline it, pretty much every time.. if i don't vtec for a day or two, i'm irritated and make time to go for a drive

trust the honda engineers.. your car was designed to hit the redline regularly.
