Default VTEC'ing is costing me my MODS!?

OK...... here's the facts.

Approximately 13.2 gallons a tank

Approximately $2.50 a gallon premium in SoCal

Including the "empty" and "full" bars there are 39 bars on the gas gauge MY04>

That equates to .83 cents per bar

VTEC through gears 1st through 5th equates to loss of 1 bar or .83 cents

Now that my car is a daily driver I Vtec on the average of 4 times a day 5 days
a week which equates to $16.60 Monday-Friday. Weekends I average 12 times
which equates to $9.96. So that equals $26.56 a week
on VTEC'ing ALONE!!!!!! Which comes out to $106.24 a month and
$1,274.88 a year....

I need to slow my roll and stay out of the far left lanes.........

NOT!!!!!!!

It took me about 20 tries before I got it right. I had to sit there at the station after a fill up and cover them up with my thumb as I counted.

Afterwards I was for a few minutes.
