Good luck buddy. I put in an order 2 months ago and still waiting. My order was for a set of 4.57 Richmond gears among other things(but I did get the gear oil which I have absolutely no use for). Still have not seen them or received any update. The gears as far as I know are not made to order.
I hope someone from Rick's reads this, I think I have been more than patient to wait 2 months to receive the items I paid for.
It seems like this is more of a re-occuring problem with Rick's, have read more and more about this around the forum.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, and I hope I'm wrong, but like I said, it's 2 months and counting for me.

From what I have understood, only the 4.57 were made by Richmond.

I'm still waiting for a hood badge I ordered back in April.

I wrote to them inquiring about the order last week and told them that I'd already pulled the old badge off (I know, dumb) and could they please expedite the new one. I got an email from James Monday promising he'd ship it out that day or Tuesday at the latest. Had he done that, it would have maybe excused the fact that they'd ignored the order for two weeks. He didn't.

I then got an email yesterday (Wednesday) that he didn't get around to sending it out until then. I had planned on going to a run this w/e and because he was too busy for three days to keep his word and drop an envelope in the mailbox, the badge won't be here now. (the car looks like s#$t with the two holes on the hood exposed.)

I love Rick's products and have many on my car, but I'll never order from them again. This kind of "I don't give a damn about you" service is typical. I've written to them repeatedly asking for improvement, and occasionally they write back promising to do better. They never do.

Since ordering my hood badge, I've bought a number of items from other sponsors and all have been delivered already. (Including some custom made stuff)

Actions speak louder than words... no more Rick's for me

This is sad because they do make great products.

They really do need to address though and hire someone strictly to handle PR.

May I be the first to offer my services. I'll work for free parts and beer.
