Didn't find much searching previous posts. I'm not really interested in Rick's leather glove.

The stock metal looks good but is too cold/hot depending on ambient temperature. And I'm not into driving gloves for everyday motoring.

Any info appreciated!

Try looking at MOMO accessories. They have tons of it last I checked.

Momo's fit fine and you've got a big range to choose from:

Went to a local speed shop and got the small thumb shaped MOMO black leather knob, works and feels great.

Honda sells a factory Titanium Shift Knob. Essentially the same as the Aluminum with 6-sp shift pattern, but Titanium has a much lower thermal conductivity number than Aluminum.
HondaAutomotiveParts.com discount sells them for $121.00.

I too do not like the hot/cold Aluminum unit and have been looking for a replacement. Let me know what you end up getting (lots of cool MOMO units).

I like the stock knob too, but it's bl**dy cold. I'm also looking for an all-leather knob too use during the winter. Then i'll put the stock one back when the average temp comes up above freezing again...

Does anyone know of another shift knob that has the shift pattern for our six speed transmissions on it?

Here in Phoenix the aluminum shift becomes a branding iron in the summer. I only need to look at my palm to see the shift pattern. How much different is titanium? I may just want to steer clear of the metal shift knob idea.
