the 06's (if they exist) may well be wrapped in plastic from honda if they were stolen from a Honda lot...

Oh yeah it's a scam.

I reported both of these items to ebay, under the "stolen property" area -I stated what was mentioned here (on this forum) to them, lets just see if they bother addressing this -I doubt that they will remove them - Scams on Ebay have gotten to epidemic proportions (check Krell, Linn, Thiel - under consumer electronics) and you will see the same exact item being scammed by one or more individuals ...They always have a "buy it now" followed by their paypal address, all the while using someone else's account and feedback!! I have complained numerous times -They just delete the sale and the next day the same item is being scammed under another person's account, with the same scam paypal address...I wish someone would kindly shoot these "Richard Craniums"

WTF? OEM seats require assembly by the purchaser?

Wait, didn't he say he assembled the seats? How can you assemble the seats while they are still in the box???

Oh wait. It's a scam.
I could be wrong, but I've heard you can't order a seat assembled. You have to, or the dealer has to, put them together.

It does look a little fishy though.

no one would spend $15K on a full set of seats from honda (about how much they would cost), put them together, and then sell them on ebay for no more than $1500...

What dealer? Would any dealer sell something like this at a huge loss? If it were a fire sale and the dealer collected on the insuranse, the seats would belong to the insurance company. Salvage is the only explaination I can think of that could possibly make these legitimate. But still ,he refers to a purchase from a Honda dealer. They could be stolen and I guess it's possible that they could have been stolen from a Honda dealer. If I were interested, I 'd ask to see a purchase invoice and allow the seller to blot out actual price.

Sooo messed up. Can someone hack his info and publicize him to the masses? I hate how our S is being targeted for these damn seats. Not only do we get banged by our insurance rates, we have to constantly worry about our top being slashed for these damn seats..

If they were really "in the box", they would hava a part number with a barcode on the OUTSIDE, so whoever was shipping the product knew what was in the box.

Most certainly a scam.

Our seller/high bidder has updated his description today...

"NOT ACTUAL PICTURE I POSTED THESE TO SHOW YOU EXACTLY WHAT THE SEATS LOOK LIKE. "
