Default To Wax or not to Wax?????

I got My S yesterday, and have to go back to get my chin spoiler and wing spoiler insatlled when they come in Friday. My dad payed to have it Symanized (I believe thats how you spell it). Is it safe to wax it before I take it back or should I hold off till afterwards???

What is "symanized?" Is that the paint sealant offered by the dealership?

it is a wax product...

go to the wash & wax forum on this board for some ideas on better products.

Simonized means waxing or detailing to the majority of people. It doesnt necessarily mean the use of the actual product. Just like 'Xerox' is synonimous with photocopying or 'Band Aid' with adhesive bandages.
