I know there is just about a 50/50 weight distribution without the driver....anyone know what the weight distribution is with the driver? Is it slightly biased towards the front or back, or is the driver's weight also basically evenly distributed front to back?

 

Hmmm...I think it's pretty much in the center if not some towards the back???

 

LF - 717lbs RF - 712lbs
LR - 746lbs RR - 716lbs
A total of 2890lbs including driver. Pretty well balanced. I weigh about 145, so it's 2745 on it's own.

 

There is a statistic that is not only the front/rear weight distribution, but a left/right distribution. The F/R balance is the biased slightly to the front at 51/49.

The L/R balance is much more dependent on driver weight and other factors. But to improve handling, lose weight...that'll help!

 

i hear that the new mr2 really suffers in the handeling department once you get 2 people in the car. totally throws off the weight dist.
