you should have done something, chased them down or something, haha, but since they touched the car, you have the right to do something, they are tampering with your posession without your consent

I wonder what kind of morals parents teach kids now and days. Little punks touching something thats not theres, ESCPECIALLY a car thats not theirs. I dont know, Id feel pissed if I saw someone touching my car.
